Do you work weekends?

Yes, we know most people work during the week. We actually prefer it!

Do you sell parts to other companies or homeowners out of your service area?

Yes, we have MidwestSecuritySupplies.com for just that. This is our parent company. We offer competitive prices and sell to anyone in the United States.

Why do you us a P.O. Box for your address?

A.

We are a small business. Not being a "Big Box" company, we do not have an official office. This helps keep our price down to be able to compete and give you the best prices possible. We are however a LLC company part of Midwest Security Supplies LLC. Our future plans is to have a store front down on U.S. 50.

What is your service area?

We service mostly inside the 275 loop of Cincinnati and of course Southeast Indiana. Special arrangements may be possible if you contact us.

Does Bright Security Solutions do service calls on equipment they did not install?

A.

Yes and no. Depending on your system, we may not be able to service them. Please contact us and see what we can do for you.

Can I install the alarm myself?

A.

Yes, we sell everything we install on our parent company Midwest Security Supplies. We can arrange local pickup for you so there will be no shipping charge if you contact us. You will get the same quality service from us if needed. A visit from us may be required if you want monitoring service on alarm systems.
